Covid-19 Managing Your Orders

I appreciate you might be worried about the impact the coronavirus may have on your orders.

I just wanted to re-assure you that due to being an on-line business, and working from home, all my stock is held at my home address, therefore I do not have to travel to a premises to pack your items and I am the only person who has access to my stock.

I am carefully following the Government rules and recommendations to stop the spread of this virus.

I will be sending post out Three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays), this may be reduced depending on advice from Royal Mail and the Government. The only reasons that any orders would not be sent out would be due to Royal Mail not collecting/sending post out or if I started showing symptoms for the virus. if either of these happens, I would contact you by phone or email to give you the option to cancel your order with a full refund or to wait until the situation improves.
