Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded to arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days.

Please note orders made after 4pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All delivery timeframes exclude Bank Holidays.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time in the ‘my orders’ section of the website, which will update with the parcel’s Royal Mail tracking reference. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website.

At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For standard delivery, if you have not received you parcel within 5 working days, please contact us.


I do hope that you will be happy with your order and will not have to use the returns service. However, if you are not happy with your goods you may return them to me within 7 days of receiving them. Postage and packaging charges will be deducted from the refund.

Goods returned must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging with all labels still attached. If items are damaged, please also return them in the original packaging.

When returning goods, you MUST request proof of postage as I will not accept goods or make refunds for goods returned after 7 days of receipt unless proof of postage shows this has been done. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

A refund may take up to 10 working days after goods have arrived back, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. If I am unable to make a refund I will contact you immediately to advise the reason why.

Any bespoke, or personalised items that have been made to order are not returnable unless proven to be faulty.

Fabric Returns

Fabric is sold by the fat quarter 1 item = 1 fat quarter (unless otherwise advised on the item listing). If more than 1 item is required of the same fabric it will be cut as 1 complete length:

Once the fabric is cut it cannot be returned unless it is damaged or faulty in any way. Postage will not be refunded if charged and buyer to pay returns postage.
